On the Issues

What is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?

Problem schools, truancy and undervalued, non-supported faculty and staff of D.C. public schools. Mismanagement of the schools and disregarded factors that implicate the lack of success for some schools, teachers and children. Non-support of parental education for student involvement and participation. Conduct and behavioral factors that extend the mismanagement and disregard of employees and children of Ward 8 and many other unrecognized and symbolic problems of the schools, families and associates of Ward 8.

Why should voters elect you?

I am a graduate of D.C. public schools, a former D.C. public schools teacher and substitute teacher and an advocate for the special-education population.
