Antoine Members is a native of Chicago's West Side and he now reside on the Southside. He touts those local roots on his campaign Web site.
Now a Cook County sheriff's deputy, Members attended East-West University. He also has worked at a medical center and hospital.
Members and his wife, Tonia, have two children.
