Luke Wayne Puckett is a Goshen businessman hoping to unseat Rep. Joe Donnelly, a Democrat, in northern Indiana's 2nd District.
Puckett owns a pontoon boat furniture company called Monster Pontoon Inc. and has done international mission work and micro finance project management in South America and Africa.
Puckett, a member of the First Baptist Church, earned a bachelor's degree in languages and theology from Northland Bible College. He went on to get a master's in Spanish from the Spanish Language Institute in Costa Rica, a school that targets its programs to Christian missionaries and pastors.
Luke and his wife, Mary Elizabeth, have three children.
