Joseph William Allen was born in Mansfield and now resides in Forsyth. He earned dual degrees in physical education and secondary education from the College of the Ozarks in 2002. He then graduated from Oklahoma City University School of Law.
Allen practices law in Forsyth, but also serves as the prosecuting attorney for the city of Rockaway Beach. Much of his law practice is focused on criminal defense and child advocacy.
Allen is single.
