Frank Stalzer was born in Valley Stream and now resides in Huntington. He earned a bachelor's in public administration at New York Institute of Technology and attended Harvard Business School's General Management Program.
Stalzer spent a year as a police officer with the Port Authority of New York and the New Jersey Police Department. He then began a career in the electronics distribution industry.
Stalzer has held senior management positions with several companies and is president of Astrex Electronics, a distributor of military and aerospace interconnect products.
Stalzer and his wife, Maria, have two children, and he is the father of three children from a previous marriage. His son, Frank Jr., served two tours of duty in Iraq with the Army.
