Jim Russell grew up in Queens and now resides in Hawthorne with his wife and three children. He earned a doctorate at Fordham University, and has degrees in mathematics, the history of Christianity and historical theology.
Russell worked for AT&T for 21 years as a computer programmer and network administrator and has taught theology.
