Victoria Wulsin, 54, was born in Elyria, Ohio, grew up in Cleveland, and now lives in the upscale Cincinnati suburb of Indian Hill. She received her bachelor's degree from Harvard University and her medical degree from Case Western Reserve University. She also received her doctorate from Harvard University.
The veteran public health doctor is making her third run for the 2nd Congressional District in southern Ohio, in a rematch with Republican incumbent Jean Schmidt.
Wulsin and her husband, Lawson Wulsin, have four sons.
