Doug Vandagriff is a Chattanooga native who works at Wal-Mart. He is running against Republican incumbent Rep. Zach Wamp in Tennessee's 3rd Congressional District.
He made two previous attempts to challenge Wamp, running as an independent in 2004 and in the Republican primary in 2006.
