DRAWING
The "Pick Your President Contest 2008” allows entrants to create entries whereby they predict the regional Electoral College votes for each major party candidate in the 2008 United States Presidential election in each state. Contest ends October 13, 2008 and the drawing will take place after the Electoral College votes are declared official.
Should the presidential election or the Electoral College votes be contested, the drawing will be deferred until such time as the Electoral College votes and the election have been declared officially over.
Each winner is required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/publicity and liability release, and return it properly executed, within 5 days of attempted notification as a condition of awarding the prize. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable or the winner fails to return the affidavit and release as specified, the winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be declared the winner. If sufficient alternates cannot be notified prior to November 30, 2008, all unawarded prizes will be forfeited.
If, in Sponsor's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the "Pick Your President Contest 2008”, if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes or if unforeseen circumstances require the Sweepstakes to end prior to the end date outlined in the Entry Period above, the Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the contest and conduct a random drawing to award the prize using all entries received as of the termination date. Any attempt to deliberately damage the drawing or operation of this sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsor or its agents.

(In the case of Indiana, the Republican presidential nominee has carried the state in every election but one -- 1964 -- since 1936.)" Read More »
