Overall good, with more people voting (yea!); however, the voting machine was broken since before opening which unnerved more than a few voters. Votes will be scanned in later. Judge Demands GOP Distribute Order
State: Indiana
An Indiana judge ordered the Marion County Republican Party to distribute copies of a recent order forbidding GOP operatives from challenging voters based on their names showing up on foreclosure or eviction lists. The judge issued the order Oct. 24 after the NAACP had filed suit based on suspicions Republicans planned to challenge voters on that basis.
