Election officials tried to get answer on phone from election board about reason for this but never got a real explanation. Long line even though I got there at 11:30am which is supposed to be a less busy time. Calm, reasonably friendly. Some of the students (and moms) walked up and down with a trolley of cupcakes, coffee, and bottles of water. Not selling exactly, but you could make a donation to the school/PTA. Very nice.
