Bio

Kerr moved to Washington in the early 70s to work for the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees. During the Carter administration he served in the White House Office of Consumer Affairs and the legislative office of the the Department of Health and Human Services. He served eight years in the Labor Department during the Clinton administration and was most recently assistant to the secretary- treasurer at the Service Employees International Union.
