Willie Q. Troy, 51, was working as a civilian program analyst in the office of the administrative assistant to the secretary of the Army when Flight 77 crashed into the Pentagon.

Troy, who lived in Aberdeen with his wife, returned to the United States about a year ago after more than 20 years of military service in Germany, Panama and Puerto Rico, the Baltimore Sun reported. He initially enlisted in the Army in 1970 and served in Vietnam, the paper said.
