I've been here at washingtonpost.com for over 10 years now and have seen amazing change and worked with wonderful people. I thrive on the constant change of the way we tell stories and the tools we use to do it. My contribution to our coverage lies not in covering an event in the field but behind the scenes guiding our photo department. I am grateful to have opportunities to facilitate editors' growth and still be able to produce photography content - I feel have the best of both worlds.
