Remove existing fluorescent light fixtures (approximately 8, please verify). Install new 4 tube pendent mounted 2x4 fluorescent fixtures (equal to the amount removed). Remove existing wall mounted power strips and communications raceway. Install 144 LF of new Nonmetallic Raceway with twelve duplex outlets and duel Cat 5e inserts. Replace existing window air conditioning units with two 5,600 BTU Room Air Conditioner (utilizing existing electrical service). Repair 500 SF of damaged ceiling, window and wall plaster. Install new metal doors (use doors currently stored at the school if available). Prepare surface and paint 1780 SF of walls, doors and ceiling (including trim). Install (4) new window shades (please verify quantity). Install new fire extinguisher where necessary, reuse existing if appropriate. Pictures of the existing room conditions are available.
