No Child Left Behind requires each school to meet adequate yearly progress toward NCLB's goal of every child passing the test. The school must meet goals for each population subset including race, limited-English proficiency, economic background and need for special education. If a school fails to meet AYP repeatedly, a corrective plan is required. "Adequate Yearly Progress" measures whether a school has met its academic and other goals as set by federal law.

"The bilingualism and biliteracy for all students affords a path to greater academic success. Our community schools model offers families a wide range of wraparound and support services. Low teacher-student ratios provide more focused, individualized attention."
