On the Issues

What specific cuts and tax or fee increases are most critical to fixing the budget in your jurisdiction?

Just like the situation many of our residents find themselves in, the City Council is currently working through its most difficult budget ever. My goal is to preserve a reasonable level of City services coupled with a reasonable tax rate. I do not support any fee increases at this time.

What is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?

Planning for the future of this largely built-out and increasingly urban fair city.

Why should voters elect you?

My record these last four years speaks well to my ability to not raise taxes while funding new initiatives. I listen to the citizens.
