What is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?
There are many urgent problems facing our jurisdiction. The next Ashburn school board representative must be visionary; help hire a new school superintendent by 2014; create room for thousands of new students; streamline administration, personnel and school costs by looking at critical needs, resources and educational goals; and put forth some new compensation models for all employees based on performance, needs and an increasingly diverse student population.

As a longtime Ashburn resident, parent and LCPS teacher, I have the experience to help bring a new education to the next generation.
