On the Issues
What is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?
Growing school population resulting in escalating operating and construction costs to support the school system. The challenge is going to be how to deliver the best possible education at a reasonable cost without becoming unduly burdensome to the taxpayers in the middle of the worst economic downturn since the Great Depression. Land-use purchases, for example, need to be made in the best interest of all citizens at the lowest possible cost to engineer and to build each school. Alternatives should be explored to deliver educational services through other means besides expensive brick and mortar.
Why should voters elect you?
Besides having the education, business and life experience necessary, I want to empower voters by advocating for valid issues and concerns.
