On the Issues

What is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?

Particularly in the Blue Ridge District, we need to ensure that there are enough schools to adequately serve the students. Better planning needs to take place to ensure that all our students are able to attend the schools in their neighborhood, both in higher-density areas and in rural communities. Demanding more transparency regarding budgetary issues is another urgent issue. Accountability to the taxpayers of Loudoun County has been overlooked long enough. It is time that the Blue Ridge District has a representative who will fight for fiscally conservative management of our schools.

Why should voters elect you?

I will have accountability to the taxpayer. I will always research issues and make decisions based on constituent input and my experience as an educator.
