What is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?
Currently, Prince William County has an increased number of Title 1 schools. Because I have served on the statewide committee of practitioners for Title 1 schools in California, I have a working knowledge of the most effective method to lower these numbers. I also have a desire to ensure that students with special needs are receiving proper support and are being elevated in a timely manner so their individualized plans are current and relevant.

As an advocate with more than 20 years of experience in education, I will work on behalf of all families to ensure a world-class education.
