On the Issues

What is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?

Making the clerk's office citizen-centered, where the government works for the people and not the other way around. The clerk's office should make services available in the most convenient ways for citizens, not just during business hours at the courthouse, but using technology, such as e-filing, e-signatures and a 24/7 service-based Web site with a strong commitment to customer service.

Why should voters elect you?

I have a compelling vision for a 21st-century clerk's office and the proven experience to deliver on that vision.
