On the Issues

What is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?

The most important issue facing the Commonwealth's Attorney's Office is to be able to continue to do more with less. As the county continues to grow, so does the court caseload. As such, we must continue to seek ways to increase efficiency while retaining the most qualified and talented prosecutors on staff. Since taking office, I've more than doubled the years of experience among the prosecutors and added a specialized gang prosecutor. This has allowed us to handle a higher volume of cases and still concentrate on gang activity, narcotics suppression and other areas that impact our quality of life.

Why should voters elect you?

I have over 11 years criminal trial experience and have provided the results and changes necessary to keep Loudoun County safe and hold offenders accountable.
