On the Issues

What is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?

Since 2006, Fairfax County has experienced not only major population growth but also enormous cuts in support from Richmond for our schools and for the maintenance of our roadways. Despite the economic environment, we must ensure that our children will have the skills they need to successfully compete. Their success is critical to the continued vitality of Fairfax County. Our traffic is already the worst in the United States and is not getting better. I will work with Board of Supervisors, Chairman Sharon Bulova and the citizens of Braddock to responsibly protect and defend these Fairfax County priorities.

Why should voters elect you?

Chairman Sharon Bulova needs an advocate, not an adversary, on the Board of Supervisors. Moreover, I will be a full-time supervisor, available to my constituents.
