On the Issues
What is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?
The leadership failure of the current majority has resulted in unjustified financial commitments for infrastructure in Tysons Corner supporting massive development and for the Metrorail Silver Line construction and operation. They have also provided passive support to $20 tolls on the Dulles toll roads that threatens the economic future of the Dulles Corridor. These financial burdens further erode the county's ability to focus resources on education, public safety, providing for the truly needy and transportation.
Why should voters elect you?
I have 16 years of local government experience. I can apply sound financial principles to government operations so the best value can be delivered to taxpayers.
