On the Issues

What is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?

Growth management. Managing explosive growth, stimulating economic development, improving our transportation system, developing walkable, interconnected communities and maintaining high-quality schools within stable boundaries are all critical issues facing Loudoun County today. As a licensed architect, LEED AP, business leader and planning commissioner, I'm uniquely qualified to develop and implement effective solutions to these issues. I have a positive vision for Loudoun's future that will prioritize commercial development while championing energy efficiency and protection of our natural resources. I will evaluate all decisions against a common-sense triple bottom line of economic, social and environmental sustainability.

Why should voters elect you?

I have the training and experience needed to go beyond analysis of our problems to offering practical solutions that will benefit all residents of Loudoun.
