What is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?

We must stop irresponsible development and sweetheart deals that harm our community. These mismanaged deals force our county to grow faster than our infrastructure can handle. As a result, our traffic grows worse, our schools are overcrowded, and we need to pay for more county services. We need common-sense leadership focused on solutions-based, forward-thinking policies that link where and how we build new neighborhoods to existing and planned infrastructure. This is about our quality of life, about parents getting home to their children at night, our students receiving a world-class education, and the success of local businesses and their employees.

Why should voters elect you?

I believe in transparency of decision-making and have a strong record of supporting fiscal responsibility, a good business climate, quality schools and real transportation solutions.
