On the Issues
What is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?
Unjustified real estate tax increases over last four years (in spite of significant value decreases) should be refunded to taxpayers. Need to better control county government spending and debt because of excessive increases over the last four years. We must address the issue of 6,000 foreclosed homes devaluing neighborhoods. We must protect and preserve the Rural Crescent, not build more unnecessary houses. Economic development must be directed toward Route 1 and Yorkshire corridors. PWC needs a chairman who is focused on PWC issues, not one whose priority is the advancement of his political career.
Why should voters elect you?
I am a 24-year resident of PWC with a long resume of service to the county. I'm not interested in running for down-state offices!
