On the Issues

What is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?

In the most volatile economic environment since the Great Depression, in my jurisdiction -- like most across Virginia and the rest of the country -- the most urgent problem is our economy. While unemployment remains relatively low, our neighbors have seen home values drop, retirement plans lose value and incomes have remained stagnant. We need a delegate who will make jobs and the economy a priority and who will work to help our small businesses, help foster job creation and aid Gov. Robert F. McDonnell in keeping Virginia the best place to live, work and raise a family in America.

Why should voters elect you?

We need a delegate who can put aside partisanship to solve problems and who can be effective in Richmond. That's what I'm all about.
