On the Issues

What is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?

Transportation. It impacts every aspect of our lives, from our quality of life to our economic vitality. As congestion levels continue to rise, it stifles Northern Virginia's economic viability. For our region to continue to be the economic engine of Virginia, we must take a more creative approach, without raising taxes, to easing congestion -- like opening the shoulders on I-66 permanently and resynchronizing lights during school and summer schedules. We must reduce congestion at key intersections, like Old Keene Mill and Rolling roads, Route 28 and I-66, Braddock and Rolling roads and Burke Centre Parkway and Ox Road.

Why should voters elect you?

As the only candidate with business leadership experience, I achieve real, tangible results that support and positively impact the needs of our community.
