On the Issues

What is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?

Our most pressing problem is the state of our economy and lack of jobs. We must strengthen our economy to create more jobs for willing workers. We must dramatically increase domestic energy production -- oil, coal, nuclear and natural gas -- beginning right here in Virginia. Finally, we must permanently solve the impasse over transportation funding in a manner that respects the Virginia Constitution.

Why should voters elect you?

Gov. Robert McDonnell must win control of the state Senate to advance his pro-jobs agenda. I will help win that Republican majority in the Senate.
