What is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?
There are many problems, all roughly equal in importance, beginning with a mismanaged economy, 19th-century wistfulness, turnout and engagement, threats to the safety net, a legislature that does virtually nothing but culture-warfare issues, and so on.
