Died: November 20, 2003 in Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Unit: Army, C Company, 299th Engineer Battalion, 4th Infantry Division, Fort Hood, Tex.

Incident: Died at the Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio after being wounded in a Tikrit fire on Nov. 14, 2003. His unit was destroying an ammunition cache when a fire started.
