Died: April 27, 2004 in Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Unit: Army, 2nd Armored Cavalry Regiment, Fort Polk, La.

Incident: Killed after falling off a bridge in Scania. Whitaker was trying to escape after a car accident left his vehicle hanging off the side of a bridge.
