Died: October 22, 2005 in Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Unit: Army, 1st Battalion, 15th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade, 3rd Infantry Division, Fort Benning, Ga.

Incident: Died at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Tex. of injuries sustained in Samarra, Iraq, on Oct. 17, when a makeshift bomb exploded near his Bradley fighting vehicle.
