Handy Cab program Provides taxi coupons for seniors and adult residents who have disabilities and meet income requirements. 410-222-4222. Friendly Visitor program Visitors spend at least one hour each week in the homes of homebound clients 60 and older who have little social contact. 410-222-4464.
