03/01/09 Accused Of: Disorderly Conduct
Brandon Marshall was arrested in Atlanta on Sunday on a disorderly conduct charge stemming from a fight.
Legal Status Updates:
         03/02/09 Dismissed: The disorderly conduct charge against Denver Broncos wide receiver Brandon Marshall was dismissed today in an Atlanta court. Marshall still faces possible disciplinary action from the NFL.
         03/01/09 Pending: Marshall arrived at the jail at 5:50 a.m. on a disorderly conduct charge and was released five hours later after posting $300 bond.
10/22/07 Accused Of: DUI
Arrested after police spotted him just hours after a game, allegedly driving the wrong way on a one-way street in downtown Denver.
Legal Status Updates:
         09/12/08 Pleaded guilty to a lesser charge: Marshall pleaded guilty to driving while ability-impaired and was sentenced to a year of probation. If Marshall had been convicted of a DUI, he could have faced five days up to a year in jail.
         06/18/08 Continued: Trial postponed until Sept. 16, 2008.



The third-year wide out was summoned to New York on July 25, where he recieved a 2 1/2-hour lecture from NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell concerning his off-the-field legal issues.

On August 5, Brandon Marshall, was suspended for three games by the NFL for violating the league’s personal conduct policy.
