The back-up linebacker was arrested around 4:00 am after being stopped for allegedly driving west in eastbound lanes. According to an arrest affidavit, McCoy refused a breathalyzer test, swayed while standing, had glazed-over eyes and smelled of alcohol.
Legal Status Updates:
         10/18/08 Pending: Posted bail $500 bail. Was released from the team later that day.
