On July 31st NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell suspended Henry for the first four games of the 2008 season. If he signs with a team Henry will be eligible to play in the final 12 games of the season. 07/01/08 Dismissed: Assault charge resulted in a hung jury as the group of eight jurors was unable to reach an agreement. During the trial, the judge dismissed the second charge of criminal damaging. 04/02/08 Pending: Judge sentences him to House Arrest Bengals cut him.
