Judge Andre Rudolph gave him 24 hours of public service and a one-year unsupervised deferred judgment. He also was ordered to pay $216 in court costs. The case will be dismissed if he stays out of trouble over the next year. Despite the plea, Sauerbrun professed his innocence outside the courthouse.
