04/27/08 Accused Of: Illegal Possession of Prescription Painkillers
New York State Police troopers say they found 202 OxyContin pills labeled as made in Canada inside his truck after he was stopped for speeding on the New York State Thruway near Utica.
Legal Status Updates:
         07/22/08 Pleaded guilty to a lesser charge: Kaczur pleaded guilty to speeding in a deal with prosecutors that will put a misdemeanor drug possession charge on hold. He was ordered to pay $355 in fines and fees. The drug possession charge will be dismissed if he stays out of trouble for the next six months.
         04/27/08 Pending: He cooperated with federal authorities in an undercover operation that led to the arrest of his alleged supplier.
