K Street

Defined
K Street is a street in downtown Washington known for the high number of lobbying firms located there. The term K Street often refers to the culmination of special interest groups that may influence Congress.

Example
On March 31, Rep. Albert Wynn (D-Md.) announced he would be leaving Congress to work at a K Street lobbying firm. ()
