Gang of 7

Defined
A group of seven Republican representatives who were elected in 1990. They harshly criticized the House banking and Congressional Post Office scandals. The members are: John Boehner of Ohio, John Doolittle of California, Scott Klug of Wisconsin, Jim Nussle of Iowa, Frank Riggs of California, Charles Taylor of North Carolina and Rick Santorum of Pennsylvania.
