Kettler moved its headquarters last month from Centreville to an 80,000-square-foot space at the Pinnacle Towers in McLean.
A key company strategy over the past five years has been to create mixed-use developments near transportation hubs such as Metro and Virginia Railway Express stops. In the past year, some examples have included the Midtown Alexandria Station, with 368 condo units, and Harbor Station on the Potomac River in Prince William County, which is under construction. A VRE stop is planned for that site, which will include 4,000 single- and multifamily units, a golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus and a hotel.
The company said its revenue was $823 million in 2006, up from $800 million the previous year.
