Michael W. Solley resigned as president in January 2007 after taking the company to its first public offering in 2005 and guiding it through its initial year as a public company. NCI said Solley wanted to pursue other interests and replaced him with Terry W. Glasgow, who had been chief operating officer.
NCI said revenue grew 14 percent in 2006 from 2005, attributing the strong performance to success in winning new contracts worth $250 million. These included a $31.3 million contract to provide information technology support to the North American Aerospace Defense Command and U.S. Northern Command. NCI also signed a contract potentially worth $21.1 million with the Madigan Army Medical Center and Western Regional Medical Command at Fort Lewis, Wash., and won a $25.3 million contract from the Air National Guard.
NCI began this year by announcing it had received $22 million in additional work as part of an existing classified contract.
