SRA offers a variety of flexible job opportunities, including flexible working hours, telecommuting, reduced work-week schedules, part-time hours (from 0-30 hours per week), and transitional status employment opportunities for senior employees moving from full-time employment into retirement.
What flexible job opportunities does your company support?
Employees may formally request to telecommute their positions. Telecommuting agreements are designed between the project or functional manager and the employee. With the permission of their supervisors, SRA employees may telecommute episodically.
What kind of educational training does your company provide? Do you offer tuition reimbursement?
SRA provides both classroom and online training. We also encourage formal education, with our tuition reimbursement program providing financial assistance up to $6,260 per fiscal year to employees who successfully complete courses from accredited colleges and universities in subjects that further their job skills or enhance their professional abilities. Our tuition program also supports non-degree and non-certification programs.

SRA has an on-site health clinic at its headquarters location and at another facility. The clinics are staffed by several full-time nurses and a nurse practitioner. Employees can get routine physical exams, well-woman exams, urgent care services, immunizations for travel, and health screening services. The nurses also visit other SRA sites away from headquarters and are available by phone to employees in other parts of the country.

We look for candidates who possess the following attributes: personal integrity, intelligence, a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and substantial expertise. Additionally, candidates for senior-level leadership positions must have leadership, technical mastery and strong communication skills.

SRA's strong commitment to community service is exemplified through the leadership of the SRA CARES committee, which focuses on opportunities for employees to volunteer in a variety of charitable activities in their local communities. The Committee focuses on service in the following areas: education, environmental protection/beautification, health, housing, information technology solutions, enforcement/justice, disaster relief efforts, and U.S. military troops/families. SRA also holds employee giving employee giving campaigns to benefit selected charities.
