Bozzuto Group is a collection of six private companies focused on various aspects of real estate development, construction and management. The company opened the Tuscany Apartments in Alexandria in September as a rental property instead of a condominium project as originally planned. A few months later, it wrapped up construction on the Arbors at Arundel Preserve, a 496-unit, four-story complex of eight apartment buildings less than a mile from Arundel Mills mall.
