We have training programs that range from training on our products and services, to manager training initiatives to customer support and technical options. Our training group focuses on training that will enable the employees in the company to have greater success and contribute to the organization’s achievement of strategic goals. Tuition reimbursement is provided.

We offer several discount programs for employees to take advantage of to various gyms, Dell computer, etc..

We are truly a mixed organization with employees from all ages, genders and races.
What flexible job opportunities does your company support?
We have part-time positions, which receive full benefits, per diem positions (basically on-call,) and varied start/stop times as well as telecommuting for certain roles. The ability to advance from one role to another is also key, many of our employees have moved through a variety of positions in their time here. In 2006 and in 2007, nearly 40 percent of our new hires were through employee referral or were former employees returning to QuadraMed.
What kind of skills do you look for in an employee?
Attitude and aptitude are always key for any position, many of our positions require technical backgrounds (software development for example), or clinical backgrounds (product management and support for example). However, we have a variety of skills and are primarily focused on finding individuals who will bring the right base of skills and who have an enthusiasm and drive for excellence, innovation and teamwork.

What kinds of philanthropic programs or volunteer activities does your company participate in or provide?
We rolled out a new program this year for our Corporate Citizenship program. This program allows employees to participate in various events throughout the year that positively impact the health care industry or are related to the health care field.
