Sodexo runs food and facilities management services throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico � serving 9.3 million meals a day at 6,000 sites, including hospitals, military bases and college campuses. Last year the company streamlined its name, which had been spelled Sodexho. Why? The company, a member of the multinational Sodexo Group, says the letter H is associated with the hotel and food-services business in some countries, and it wanted to emphasize its "accelerating development in facilities management services."
