Employee-owned Stanley provides information technology to government agencies. Seventy percent of its revenue comes from the Pentagon, with the U.S. Army its biggest client. It has contracts worth nearly $800 million to process immigration papers and passports for the State Department. In January, a dispute with the General Services Administration ended with Stanley winning a place on the vendors list for the five-year, $50 billion, government-wide Alliant contract.
